    A lot of Filipinos are musically inclined. Traditionally, Philippine music emerged according to their culture. Due to the influence of Asian, European, Latin American, and American music the Philippine music was composed with various genre and styles. Their famous traditional music are Kulintang,Harana and Kundiman,Tinikling. In the contemporary time, Philippine music excel in the Philippine pop songs or commonly known as Original Pilipino Music (OPM). Famous band groups and singers vanquish at other genre like rock, hip hop, and the like. They play a very important role in shaping the Philippine music industry.
