It has been a common that music has therapeutic effects that affect our general health.
At least, now, there are researches to back up this claim. But, seriously, I am sure most of us here do not need researches to believe that music is indeed therapeutic. For years now, firms dedicated to music therapy has sprouted all over the the place.
