For young musicians who are just starting out with their respective careers, performing in venues with small audiences, such as pubs, is vital to their career growth.
However, the introduction of law in 2005 requiring live music licenses has hampered the growth of these artists due to the reduced number of venues where they can play.
Now, a group of MP's are demanding that these "draconian" laws be relaxed for smaller venues.
