    Name of your website?

    Cello Lessons Singapore

    Your name?

    Stacy Tan

    Your Location (city, etc)

    Singapore

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Cello Lessons Singapore is the country's leading cello agency. We make cello lessons fun and interesting. We can help you master the cello quickly and easily!

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Having a website is an easy way to reach millions of people around the world.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

By searching for an easy to remember name which is not complicated and matches what we offer.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

our website provides personalized matching services for the cello student's needs. All our teachers are highly qualified and hand picked in order to fully satisfy students from any grade.

Everything is done according to the student's preferences, including day and time of lessons!

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Our goal is to help students find the right teachers and to help learn and master the cello. I intend to keep my website for a very long time since it gives me a feeling of satisfaction whenever I find the right teacher for a certain student.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

As with any business, time and effort equals success. In my case, I would say I am working hard but playing hard too!

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Management is they key to whatever size the business is. When the business grows, the answer would be to hire new teachers and staff in order to cope with the demand. So yes, I am ready for bigger things.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Unexpected costs are minimal and not really troublesome. The biggest headache would be if teacher and student do not click or if one or the other unexpectedly cancels lessons without prior notice.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Biggest challenge is always to find the right teacher for every inquiry. Different people have different needs and these have to be catered too. Of course, teachers need to be kept happy too, so their preferences are also considered. Finding the balance of a happy teacher and satisfied student is always the challenge.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Most successful would be blogging, word of mouth and pay per click ads.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I always thought it would be easy since you will be in the driver's seat. But it is a very big responsibility. Aside from the teachers and students, there are employees which need to be satisfied too.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

Been at it for more than 1 year. Intend to keep it as long as i can

    Do you like your job?

My job is hard but extremely satisfying. It also gives me the freedom to work wherever and whenever I please. Best Job in The World!

    What is your website address?
